We just finished a renovation and had Flatlanders do all the hardwoods, carpets and tile. Any small issues that did happen were dealt with instantaneously without hassle. They keep it simple and easy to do business.

Also (pleasantly) surprised they respond to social media messages fairly quickly. I have recommenced Flatlanders to several clients and all have had been happy with product & service. So far, so good!

They gave great advice, their estimate was accurate (it was actually slightly lower than quoted) and the hardwood flooring was installed beautifully! They completed the job as scheduled and the flooring installer (Todd) did incredible work.
