On top of very thorough specialty knowledge of animals, every staff member is pleasant and very helpful. They are also easy to reach via email if you work odd hours.   Lovely place.

Absolutely love them! I’ve been to multiple different vets across the city who accept exotics, in hopes of finding a good fit for my pet rats, and no one is even half as amazing! Super amazing and great with my girls, and really know what they’re talking about when it comes to exotic health. Absolutely adore, and recommend to all my friends with exotics.

They offered us a tour at the hospital and we found the place is extremely clean, organized, and has great vet equipment. It is so affordable vet service and outstanding veterinary care. I took my fur baby there a little over a month ago and was blown away by how nice they are there! I got a complete tour of the place and it's so clean and they have a lot of really great equipment! They have everything, I was so worried about my kitty getting her vaccinations and they were so good with her, so gentle and they really cared! I needed a sedative for a long road trip in the car and they went over everything with me and made sure I didn't have any questions! I'm so happy me and Xena have such an awesome vet and the vet nurse, Deanna, made me feel completely at ease!
