We’re never going to any other dealerships, Mercedes Benz Winnipeg gave us the best positive experience in terms of customer service that I don’t think any other dealerships could surpass. (November 28, 2018, 3:49 am)I purchased a pre-owned car this spring, I really enjoyed my interaction with Michael. He followed up a couple times to check on me and my new car. The car came with winter tires and when I tried to put them on this fall they didn't mount on the car. I called and talked to Michael and was told that service would get back to me about an appointment. I waited almost two weeks and went somewhere else at my own cost.

As a person who has purchased new vehicles across the globe, I had grown to become very wary of car dealerships. But this experience has changed everything. Both Hunter Romas (Brand ambassador) and Allyson McMillan ( Financial Advisor) went out of their way to answer all my questions and complete the purchase quickly. If you want top class service, Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg is the place to go!
(October 31, 2018, 12:23 am)Matt Horta was extremely helpful, Friendly and quick. i was having a bad day because of the poor service provided by someone else in the company and about to explode. but Matt took the initiative and handled the situation well. I am thankful for making my day less stressful and helping me out.

We're not fond of car shopping because we find most salespeople are more interested in talking than listening to what you want. James Baron is an excellent salesman who listened, answered our questions directly and always returned phone calls and emails promptly. His product knowledge is outstanding and his passion for the vehicles is evident. This was definitely a low-pressure sale from start to finish, and we're very pleased with our new vehicle purchase. Delivery+trade-in were extremely well done and efficient (1 h 20 m) including a thorough lesson from Bailey.
