(July 9, 2018, 12:37 am)Was looking for a laptop bag for 4 hours in a few malls. Walked by this place and saw they had bags so i went in quick. Didn't see they had any laptop bags big enough for my laptop was going to walk out but the sales associate there was very nice and helpful. She asked me what I was looking for and she helped me find a bag that did fit my laptop! Very nice lady ( I think she was in her early 40's) Anyway great customer service and found what I was looking for! Would highly recommend

Samsonite customer service are awesome she helped me with the choosing the right suitcase
I did buy as accessories too for my choosing. Being the company-store it all worth it. I can always comeback here if I have an problem
