  If you don't know much about cars, DO NOT GO HERE. They will push as much as they can on you and scare you into thinking you need changes. I went for an oil change yesterday and left paying over $400. I was told my transmission fluid was very dirty and that it was $200 to change, I said I could not afford it that day and they scared me saying my gears would lock and bad things would happen if I didn't change it THAT day. I tried saying no twice but they kept pushing with urgency. Next was the cabin filter, I said no three times then said okay to looking at it. My filter was dirty and needed a change but $75 was way too far out of my budget, I cant barely afford groceries right now. The supervisor said he would take $25 off. I kept telling them I don't use my air or AC in the summer because my AC is currently not working but he kept pushing and telling me it was a good deal. I don't know anything of the cost for items in cars so I reluctantly said okay, only to find out I could have bought the filter at Canadian tire for $20-25 and installed it myself. I went back to work and talked to people about my experience to which they all said I was very scammed with the urgency and to never go back there again. I have also found from many people that they have had this exact experience and would have to say no several times.

  This is a great place to get your oil change! I've been a long time customer here. , and they are quick and im always happy with the results! The people are nice and friendly there. I highly recommend this place!!

  I put a lot of miles on my poor car so I have been in here quite a bit recently. Never had a problem, always get great service! If you run into issues just ask for Jordan and he will get it sorted out for you.

  Always have a pleasant experience coming to this location specifically; Justin and team do a fantastic job NOT making you feel bad about the condition of your vehicle (guilty me) and instead concentrate on getting it the care it needs - with 5 star customer service. Polite, knowledgeable, not shady. Officially a regular from now on, thank you Mr. Lube on Nairn!
