“Prices are comparable to other carpet dealers. Installation wasn’t as perfect as I expected. Seams are so visible. Hopefully, the warranty guys can fix the seams. Fingers crossed. UPDATE: Things are moving very quickly on resolution. Vannessa has been in contact with the manufacturer (Mohawk) and my issues are being taken very seriously. Resolution is imminent! Changing my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. After sales service is much better than I could ever have imagined!”
