They got everything you need to keep yourself healthy and hearty. Best work out place in manitoba.they also got rock climbing????

Gets a little busy at times, but the facility is top quality and is probably the cleanest, largest and best-equipped gym in the city.

I never felt at home at a gym until I started going here. I am definitely NOT a sporty spice. Working out has always intimidated me. Thank you to all of the amazing instructors for guiding me on my fitness journey. I never imagined I would look forward to attending fitness classes. Somehow, I actually enjoy getting into shape at the ALC.

I take my baby here for swimming lessons. It's great. The water is pretty cool though, so I would definitely recommend that younger kids have a wet suit. I also found the change rooms a bit difficult to navigate with an infant.
