I just had the most amazing experience with Phillip at the regent store. He was extremely helpful, had amazing knowledge and had no problems recommending products based on what I needed. He showed me how to fix some common problems I was having, was really knowledgeable with price points to help maximize my purchase so I could buy as much as I wanted. I had the most pleasurable buying experience and I must say, I don't come by that too often especially at vape stores. Most people are very lackadaisical and too relaxed with no drive.
