I decided to buy a van on the Christmas season of 2019. I was looking for something that was mechanically sound and had not been sitting too long. I found an add in the paper for a used van. I came down to look, they were asking 5500. I was met by a cheerful sales person and a pretty receptionist. I was able to take the van for test drive and I liked it. The under body was sound, and the van looked and felt sound. The salesperson gave me a discount of 1500 and the van was sold. The bumper needed a screw and the shop ordered and replaced promptly. When I returned to pick up the van the sales person had the air pumped to the pressure I requested and the manager made sure that I had the extra set of keys before I left. All in all, the service was good and it looks like the staff care a bout the customer. I had a good experience and would recommend McWilliam Auto to people.
