Great customer service and professionalism. They were very thorough and explained the process to me in great detail. They made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions. Also a plus that the rental car place was just across the lobby.

Met all expectations regarding time lines, appointments and even ensured I received my vehicle back when i required it, (as I was leaving on a trip). Just had my car fixed by this group. It needed some body work and windshield replaced. They were fantastic; consistently courteous, friendly and professional. When I didn't have the documents/numbers I needed, they helped me out. When I wasn't even sure what was being fixed (paid by MPI insurance) they explained it well. And all the work was completed on time. I couldn't be happier.
