I had amazing service. Very informative, friendly, tidy and he came to my house twice in a day. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Over the last week, we've had water rush into our basement bathroom whenever the dishwasher or kitchen sink ran. We initially called Barry because his office was close by, but decided to hire him for the job because of his professionalism. Barry arrived at our house constantly on time (even when I slept through his initial arrival, sorry again), was able to explain what needed to be done in an understandable way, and was honest about pricing (parts and labor). He was able to do the work with minimal cutting into the drywall (even though it was in a very tight spot). I am really grateful for the work Barry did, it saved our basement from immense water damage. I would highly recommend Barry and BK Plumbing, Heating & Drain Cleaning to anyone needing plumbing work done by a true Red Seal Plumber!

Called Barry first thing in the morning and he said he would be arriving between noon and 2pm. 12 noon sharp he was there, gotta love when that happens. Pricing was very reasonable.

Barry is a superhero! We were in Italy last summer and our daughter was watching our home. During a massive rainstorm, our drain stop working correctly and the basement started to flood. We called Barry and he rushed over in the middle of the night and saved our basement. He calmed our terrified daughter and made sure the drain was fixed. He was super conscious about giving us the best service and price. We don’t know what we would have done without him.

I called about a broken pipe which was the main line to my home and I had no water. He came out right away and was able to fix it for me, we have older pipes in our home so he took the time to explain the difference to me about how different they were. Great customer service, friendly, and fast.
