S.A.Stitch Palace

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I took a pair of pants to be hemmed in the morning of Wednesday, June 5. I was told they would be ready that Friday, June 7. I went to pick them up on Tuesday, June 11 and was told they were not done, that the machine was down. She promised they would be ready by Friday, June 14. I returned on Tuesday, June 18 and once again she said they were not hemmed. Her excuse was the machine was down AGAIN and her leg, whatever that meant. She said she would have them ready by the end of the day. I told her I was wasn't coming back that day so she said they would be done the following morning. The following morning, Wednesday, June 19 I arrived for a third time at 10:46 a.m. and the lights were off, no one was there and no note on the door. Their business hours indicate they were to be open at 10:00 a.m. So I called the number and it went to voicemail. I left a message asking to return my call but I never heard back. I called again later that day and still no answer. I went back on Tuesday, June 25, the fourth time now, and the door was open. I walked in and I waited for someone. After a couple of minutes I called out "Hello" and there was no response. I waited a couple more minutes, called out again and still no answer. I saw my pants hanging on a hanger, so I walked around the counter, took my pants and left both my ticket and her ticket on the counter and left. It was absolutely ridiculous. If I could have given 0 stars I would. I never thought to check reviews prior to leaving my pants there, but have read them since and they painted a clear picture of what awful customer service they provide. Do not use this location for anything! There are lots of other places you can go.

I went to S.A. Stitch Palace primarily because they are super close to my house. They did an incredible job!! I brought them pants, dresses, skirts, and even a jumpsuit that needed to be taken in, and they all fit perfectly now. They also repaired a few seam rips that are now completely invisible. If you live in Charleswood and are in need of a tailor I would highly recommend them!
