  Not sure what Evgani Teplitsky is so angry about. I've been a regular customer there for years and Cameron is one of the reasons iam. Was in the store as this "gentleman" was complaining and from what I saw he never actually asked for a refund he was demanding a rewash. I thought the associate attempted to handle it well.
  He explained to the man that yes while the wash had stalled out for a moment it was nowhere near the claimed 15 minutes and that with their wash not being connected and a good distance from the store that can't hear someone honking away. Maybe the associate was wrong in saying the gentleman should have gotten out of his vehicle to come in and say something, the man had a phone head set on. He could have looked up the number quickly and called them. instead he chose to sit inside the wash honking assuming he would be noticed.
  Long story short, i felt the previous review to be somewhat biased as that man was rude from the beginning of the interaction. he demanded he receive a rewash, no manners about it what so ever. Maybe if he had come in polite and honest he could have gotten what he wanted. Those gas guys are people too after all.
  Long story short, be honest, be polite, treat them like people and everyone can walk away from there happy.
