Two were high quality rugs that had been neglected and were restored beautifully...beyond expectations., On a third rug, they agreed to test it and make a recommendation to see if it could be saved. They determined it would not be worth the cost of cleaning and disposed of it with our permission. We will have them clean other rugs as needed. In addition to the work they were informative and pleasant to deal with.”
