(April 16, 2019, 3:26 am)Despite not living nearby, not driving a Ford and not having any previous dealings with River City Ford (never bought a car etc.) I consistently take my cars to the River City Ford Collision Centre (after being referred by a friend). The workmanship is always top shelf (and clearly explained) and the customer service is excellent.

I was very pregnant and not happy I was dealing with vehicle issues. Through the MPI Direct repair program, they were quick to get it checked out and back to me. The detailing they did to ensure my baby came home in an immaculate vehicle was impressive.

Services were explained in detail up front, and delivered upon in a timely manor. The staff is always friendly and easy to deal with. I will continue to go back and highly recommend to friends and family.
