“I think the old owners were the cause of the bad reviews. My wife had a flat tire and 15 whole bucks with her. They pulled it off, patched/plugged it, balanced it and put it back on for her. Few days later I noticed the wheel cover was missing and she couldn't remember if they put it back on. I took the vehicle in there to have some new tires installed and as I was about to leave I asked if they had seen it or if they had one for sale etc. They couldn't remember the car, but after listening to me the boss asked the other guys and one remembered i think(I dont speak Cantonese which is what I think they were speaking)but he thougt the cover was put on. They looked all over but could only find a new one which they installed and GAVE to us free of charge. Why? I asked, and he said if it was installed right it would still be on. That was it, and all of that cost me less than anyplace else I Could find. I know some days are worse than others, and some employees are worse than others, but these guys have a good boss which makes a heap of a difference,! I am going back again for sure.!”
