(February 4, 2019, 5:51 pm)The food, aka the burgers, deep-fried onion rings, yam or plain fries, actually taste like "real" burgers, real food. Akin to BBQing in your backyard. Not a "manufactured" taste. I'll pop in to A&W once a month. However, just turned Vegan, so I'll be doing reviews on Vegan based restaurants from now on. Two Thumbs Up for A&W!!
(January 27, 2019, 8:59 pm)On a previous visit I had been overcharged by the cashier. I had a coupon , but was charged the full price. I didn't notice the error until I got home and looked at the itemized bill inside the bag. On this visit I spoke to the manager about the mistake. She immediately refunded the overage and gave me a free root beer. Great customer service to make up for their mistake!
