(March 10, 2019, 8:02 pm)Customer service and friendliness could have been a bit better but overall it was good. Sleigh ride was fun for the kids and we booked the restaurant for a function and we could bring in our own food so that was great.

(December 27, 2018, 11:22 pm)Great Xmas tradition to take a sleigh ride at Bird's Hill Park. Always well organized and prompt. This is our third year in a row. Follow up with a fire and roast some marshmallows and it was great. If only the wind had stayed away.
