The trainers are friendly, highly knowledgeable, and are always willing to explain and help when a technique or it’s purpose is unclear. The workouts are challenging, giving someone of any fitness level something to aspire to. Safety is taken very seriously, and no contact is permitted until the Kru believes you to be ready; the best approach in my book.
In summary, if you want to be challenged and learn a martial as part of a great team, I highly recommend Pride. -
