Me and my boyfreind went to get tires and wheels from Phil bcause a contract for tires and wheels at another place was priced outragously. So we cancled the contract but something went wrong with the mpi account, and Phil helped to get it fixed over a two month span with him and us making phone calls.
Phil is very kind and is very aware that his customers saftey on the winter roads depends on the tires he gives them.
