Excellent family owned business. Always quick to respond and helped us with our plumbing problems on many occasions. Btw, the two negatives were from individuals, who have yet to leave a positive review for anyone. There is no pleasing some people.

I have talked to Derek many times on the phone and every time he is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have even called him on the weekend and he always takes the time to return my calls and deal with all my plumbing questions and issues with great advice and patience. Great work very happy. Price came in under what was expected. They installed dishwasher, washer dryer and upgraded the plumbing to holding tank. Nice to know it's a family business and has support.

Job well done. Arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, and explained the fix. Went ahead and tuned up our water softener. The bill that arrived in a couple days, was actually much lower than expected. Highly recommend these brothers.

Derek is a great guy to deal with for all your residential needs from plumbing to project management. Our vent stack froze up again on the cottage and he was there right away to get it taken care of.
