Always a smile & a welcome with quick service. Good food & portions at a reasonable price where something as simple as a grilled hot dog can be found. This reminds me of what a family restaurant feels like.

The owners have always been friendly, smiling and enjoying talking(when they're not busy). The meat lovers pizza they have has me enjoying pizza again.

Wonderful place! The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious! I would particularly recommend the pulled pork and the brisket. Next time I'll be sure to try the ribs.

They also make their own sauces which are subtle but also very tasty.

It was the perfect end to our beach day in St. Malo and we'll be sure to return next time we're around.

The best smoked brisket that we have found so far in Manitoba.

This is a rural restaurant that has a local feel. Definitely a casual place.
The couple Jeff and Lisa are very sweet and greet all the guests.
They purchase a lot of food from Farmers markets. He hand picks a lot of the items to ensure great quality.

We didn't manage to get the ribs as they were sold out but we definitely want to go back and try next time I'm in the city.
I was also told their pizza is fantastic but not a chance to try it.

Vegans can find food here but they need to call ahead. This bbq place doesn't have vegan things on their regular menu, but I was shown a video of a smoked watermelon which I had only heard about from fancy tv cooking shows!

Their sauces are made in house and they are very good as well.

We were told they make their beans from scratch. That was the side we enjoyed the most.

Not much bad to say. The only thing was their chicken was a bit on the drier side for me.. I wasn't as much of a fan.

Parking is available in a lot. Signage is there but pay attention as it is small.

Finally somewhere good to eat year round in St. Malo! Their ribs are so tender, and the pulled pork is beyond words! My mom has a sensitive stomach, but she is fine to eat here, she just takes it easy on the sauce. I highly recommend triple J's to anybody! Plus, SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET!!!
