The technician (Thomas) did all the right things, he listened to the customer to make sure he understood the problem, he executed proper troubleshooting techniques, he contacted second level support to ensure the correct parts were ordered for the repair. Once the repair was complete, he explained what was replaced and why. He also made clear who the customer should call in the event of a reoccurrence. Very polite and professional.
