Small church
My families place of worship. A small Church, but filled with the small down-home family atmosphere where everybody knows everyone & your never lost in the crowd. Our Pastor, Mr. Ken Penner, is a devoted man of God, & he generously cares for his parishioners.
One of our favourite songs to sing during our Praise & Worship service is titled, (I'm so proud to be a part of the) Family of God. It fits our little Church & its members to a tee. We are slowly growing, we have a Wednesday night "kids club", & soon we will be starting up a group for the pre-teens & the tweens age group as well. So it is exciting times to be at our Church. Another item that speaks to growth is we now have a Cemetery on the grounds, situated to the far right side of the Church as you face it from the highway.
Speaking for our Praise & Worship time, usually 2ce/monthly we have Danny Vogt & his band with us, & our other time is spent with our own faithful Praise team. Meek in presentation, but strong in her faithfulness & spirit! Now, tell me my sisters & brothers in Christ Jesus, isn't that exactly what Jesus is looking for? Meek, with a willingness that comes straight from the heart! Humble but willing to serve! Amen! We would love to encourage anyone who will to come & visit our Church in Marchand & see for yourself!
