We've only had good experiences. Even when a recent fix sidnt work, he stood by his work and came up with a more-than-reasonable solution. He offers warranties on both parts and labour.
Can't recommend him or his shop enough.
The lady at the desk is also really nice and organized. She's willing to answer any questions I have, or find me the answers when she doesn't know them.

Love this shop! I used to always bring my Civic to the leadership, just gave me peace of mind but it was 30 minutes away. Heard a lot of good things about Gabe and his team and spoke to them from time to time and felt very comfortable about leaving my car there.
They educate and love what they do, keeping me informed on my car and maintenance that might be coming up so I can budget accordingly. My wallet loves it here to, reasonable prices and will often do something and not charge for it if it is something minimal and they are already working in that area.
