Had service calls and repairs from Barkman appliance twice in the last few months. Both times the repair guy was the same, David Matthews. Came right when expected. Quick work. Pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

We have had many issues with our Kitchen Aid appliances, and Brad has never let us settle with leaving them unresovled. His employees are efficient, polite and very accommodating with our schedules. Shawn is a fantastic with repairs and with his customer service; never intrusive and always professional. We had an issue with our dryer in that a piece of thin metal dropped down the lint trap and we could not get it out ourselves. Barkman Appliance were recommended and I was very impressed with the technician that they sent. Our dryer is approximately 20 years old and he knew right away how to access the area and quickly removed the item. The cost was very reasonable.
