I purchased carpet for all the bedrooms in my house, without stepping foot in this store even once! The sales associate who helped me was super helpful. Provided me all the information through email and phone. I could not be happier with my carpets. Super reasonable price!! $600 for 3 bedrooms where as the cheapest places in WPG would cost you over $900 for some pretty god awful rough stuff!!! And it doesn't even matter that they are an hour away from WPG they deliver for $50 which is an amazing deal if you ask me!

We've had an account here for quite some time and come in regularly to pick up supplies. Prices are usually competitive or better, staff are nearly always ready and willing to help and do so with a smile.

If I knew all their names I'd give them a shout out. Paint department very good, Service Desk Excellent and the Tool Department very helpful.

Slight Improvement - The Yard employees are sometimes newer and younger faces, and while some of the more experienced give great service, it's not uncommon for newer staff to huff and complain a little. Generally nothing wrong with this, just not in customer view. Be happy to help!
