(March 27, 2019, 3:51 am)Joe is amazing. He does amazing work and has nailed every tattoo I've asked for. They all have a special meaning for me and he helped heal a few things for me. His shop is meticulously clean and well cared for, he's personable and takes his time. I could not recommend Joe enough.
As for the parking spot, he has two spots be pays for, both with clear signage. People ALWAYS park in them. ALWAYS. So yes he was upset yet again someone was in his spot. He had every right to threaten towing when the sign clearly states that. Also, be doesn't have hours on his shop so not sure how this other person even knew be was closing in 30 minutes ????
