I recommend coming here not just for the training but for the experience you will receive, you will not get that everywhere. Thanks John and Tiffany you are the best!

If you want to gain confidence in yourself, learn how to defend yourself, or even just get stronger this is a fabulous place to do it.

(March 26, 2018, 10:53 am)Just had my sons 7th birthday party there, and it was absolutely amazing! Best birthday party ever. Kids had so much fun! Very quick responses leading up to the party making it a very stress free experience for me. Definitely will be recommending this to everyone!
