My husband and I met up with Steve and Kevin while we were in the process of nailing down our lot purchase. With all of the unknowns with our negotiating-they never had a guarantee that we would be able to commission a house from their company, but from the very first meeting they bent over backwards to do everything possible to make a house we love possible for us. The communication throughout was top notch, and the extra effort they put in on our behalf can't be overstated. Down to interrupting a family camping trip to drive all the way to visit with us to drafting and redrafting (and redrafting) a house plan that will work with our plan and budget. While our lot purchase fell through- we can't say enough how much we recommend these guys. It is clear from the first meeting that these fellows set themselves apart in the construction industry through quality workmanship and unmatched customer service.
