Had my vehicle serviced at the appointed time . Needed some more work done but I needed my vehicle so an appointment was made at a future time I was advised as to the work needed and explained as to the need. Very courteously and I was pleased by the staff.

We recently bought a used car from here and had a great experience. They answered all our questions and were very kind and pleasant to work with. Getting oil changes here is always so fast and easy.

I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and "How's it going "my name" and that's why I love the small town dealership in Carman called Janzen Chevrolet Buick. They remembered to order an air filter which was not in stock for my last oil change months ago! That's impressive. Of course they offer you fresh hot coffee (ice-cream in the summer) as well. I had an appointment for the oil change and they were right on time. They gave me a quote on new winter tires, suggesting a small 17 inch rims instead of my 20 inch since the price would be almost double.! Totally impressed with these fine folks and it's worth the trip from my home in Sanford to Carman, about 30 minutes away!

The staff at Janzen are very good to work with. No pressure, lots of information and ideas. Pricing matched any competitors in Winnipeg. Added advantage of having a local merchant to contact with questions or issues.
