Often order our home schooling curriculum through Heritage. Len, I strongly suggest you work on your PR skills, or lack thereof. My wife called in with a few questions & was treated less than acceptable. Your tone of voice and condescending attitude needs tweaking. If we choose to call in instead of looking online is and should be the customer's choice. If you don't want to deal with phone calls, say so. Otherwise, please treat customers on the phone the way they should be. Thanks
