(July 28, 2017, 2:45 am)Been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so we can check into our reservation. Poor business management, and not a great first impression. I'll post again with what the full experience was if we ever get into our room.
Update: the room was as expected, not dirty, but nothing extraordinary, the service was much better than our first impression .
