Best Western Plus Winkler

Usually I am not posting any reviews but the front desk guy Tobe, THE BEST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE, and it is not the first time , Tobe excellent person, kind, very helpful. Thank you Tobe, please more people like you.

Came here with the family for new years eve. As soon as we entered our room it smelt so fresh and new. This is a brand new hotel and only been open since October 2020. We rented the family suite (1 queen in seperate room, 2 queen in main room and a oversized queen in the pull out couch which was very comfy by the way). Also has a sink, microwave, and fridge. Very nice room! In the morning you get a bagged breakfast (bacon and egg Mcmuffin, juice, granola bar, fruit cup and a cookie). Its too bad all the restrictions are happening right now because the breakfast area is beautiful! There is also a pool, waterslide and hot tub which isn't being used again due to the restrictions. The staff are all so friendly especially Tobe. Very nice man. The rate is very affordable. These businesses need all the support they can get right now. Take the family out for a staycation or when restrictions are off this would be a great place to bring kids for a birthday party. I give the hotel 5 stars and will definitely be coming back.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean/tidy, the breakfast area was nice and spacious for people to eat and at a reasonable rate for one night.
