After getting yelled at by an employee at another local broker, I decided to try BSI, who (I think) were new to Winkler at the time. I have never regretted that switch, and still see them for all of my insurance needs, over 15 years later.
All of the workers always treat us like good friends, with respect and patience. Keep up the great work BSI!

Stopped by to pick up a permit and the guys up front were very efficient and thorough when reviewing my options.

I am a first time homebuyer, and when it came to insurance, I was overwhelmed with the options and the costs involved. I spoke with Kim, who took the time to explain each option in detail, and help me understand what would be best for my specific situation and why. I really appreciate her patience she had with answering my questions and making sure I had a full grasp on what I was paying for. She was professional, quick, and clear. Thank you Kim, we will continue coming to BSI for years to come.

Made a call and was put through to Kim. She answered all of my questions with grace. Once our current insurance is close to expiry, we will be contacting Kim again and moving all of our policies to BSI. Customer service is second to none. Thanks BSI Winkler!
