What a wonderful microblading experience with Shannon at Birds Hill Brows. I had the pleasure of being one of Shannon's first clients and it was such a wonderful experience. As someone who had never had microblading I was understandably nervous and Shannon took the time to educate me on all aspects of her service as well as asking me my opinion on how I wanted my brows to look. She took her time and ensured I was at ease at all times. I had three treatments which just shows her attention to detail and commitment to the service she is providing. Her studio is immaculate and inviting with lovely decor and a pillow for legs and blanket in case of a chill. Shannon was prompt and professional during my brow shaping and henna appointment. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done and she made sure I was comfortable and informed during the process.

I love that she offers mobile appointments on a flexible schedule, being able to get the procedure done at home after my workday was convenient and relaxing.

Shannon was wonderful and did the most thorough and comprehensive brow shaping I've ever had! Very convenient location. Happy that I found her and no longer have to go into the city for my brows. Highly recommended.
