(December 22, 2021, 2:11 pm)I just cooked a 14lb Luxe Wagyu Brisket from Marble Ridge. I am here to tell you this was the best piece of meat I have ever cooked or eaten. The Marbling was incredible. I cooked it to an internal temperature of 210F and let it rest for an hour. The whole thing was jiggly, tender and juicy. If you want to wow your friends or family, you know what to do! 100% Recommend.
