We’ve travelled all around the world and all we can say is that this is some of the best pizza we’ve ever had! We’re thin crust people and though the thin crust is more like a regular crust to us, crust is to die for and we ate every bite of it! Great value for the money and nice vibes from the Italian chef! Outdoor dining and takeout only, and one of the best food experiences I had in Gimli!
Every time I visit Gimli, I never leave without grabbing a pizza from Spero's! The price is absolutely reasonable for the size you get... they're huge! He even takes e-transfer for payment, which makes things super easy! The crust is the kind you can reheat in the microwave and it's not super soggy after either!
If you want a delicious, filling pizza while youre in Gimli, Spero's is absolutely the place to get it from! Tell him the blue-haired girl from Winnipeg sent you! 😘

Perfectly cripsy yet soft. Has the taste of home country dough and toppings are well picked.
The guy is awesome and deserves all the praise the other reviews have given him.
It's a hole in the wall place, but it will be the grand canyon before long I'm sure.
If your coming up during the summer months to visit Gimli it's worth it just for the food like this place. You won't be dissatisfied.
Also, take some home, tastes just as good days later reheated in the oven.
