Top notch, friendly, customer service!
Stopped in for some weed discs - they usually have them on sale a few times over the summer.
The owner (I forget his name, doh!) was friendly and helpful as always - when I explained I was hoping for a shorter manchurian apricot as I wanted to keep the price down and didnt want/need a 5-6' tall tree after unsucessfully buying from T&T, whiffletree, and treetime, he grabbed me a smaller 4' one from the back - priced down accordingly!
He then took the time to exchange info on growing different fruits, and suggested I stay in touch!
Staff was also super helpful - directing me to other plants I was looking for, offering their free popcorn and coffee - excellent when a thunderstorm hit just after breakfast!
If you are looking for great selection, healthy plants, knowledgeable staff whose personally grown the plants they sell, wonderful friendly customer service - oh, and a loyalty program too - then Falk's is the place to go!
Sooo happy they are only a 15 min drive from me! I've been buying from them for several years now and it's always worth the trip. :)

Had a wonderful experience here recently while buying shrubs. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated with love and compassion by the staff. I am medically exempt and am finding it extremely difficult to navigate doing my own shopping when many people are closing the door in my face. I simply want to feel normal and shop like everyone else and I appreciate that this business does their duty to enforce the mandates as written which includes treating those exceptions where people are unable to physically wear, put on or use a face covering with dignity and respect. You have no idea how much this means to someone like me during these trying times. Thank you for being kind.
