(September 9, 2020, 9:39 pm)Received a phone call response to an email sent through the company website so I appreciated the personal follow-up, even though a bit delayed. My Pil alarm is too quiet to effectively warn of high tank levels unless you are physically present in room containing alarm. Although the company currently has no notification systems that take advantage of wi-fi connectivity, the company representative confirmed they are looking into these advancements. He also referred me to an alternative local company which may be able to help with my particular issue.
