I’m 66 years old and, hands down, attending Lisa’s stretch classes is one of the most beneficial things I’ve ever done. The stretches are challenging but with her guidance and personal attention to my particular issues, I can say I have improved and feel more competent in daily activities. This kind of activity is a must for older adults, I’d say. But don’t wait, we should all be doing these stretches in our 20s. Having the opportunity to attend the classes through Zoom is a godsend during Covid.
