Great experience. home inspectors always seem like a ripoff, until they find an issue. With Mark on the other hand.. he is extremely vigilant, noting any issues that may arise in the future, giving you tips to mitigate or completely fix the issue. All included in a VERY extensive report with pictures. He compiled a highlighted list of issues seperated from the main 40+ page report. 110% recommended Mark!! Great job!

Mark is amazing, I would honestly give him 7 stars if I could. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained in detail and how to maintain everything that comes with the house while sharing funny stories on why it is important to maintain and be careful with our furnace.

Being that this was our first house, we didn't know what to expect with an inspector but he blew us away! Not only he showed up early, he went above and beyond for us AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT the inspection report was 40 something pages long and so well done!

I have nothing but amazing things to say for Mark and I hope every new homeowner in Winnipeg and surrounding area will use him for their inspection.

Mark was great. We had to reschedule a couple times (on our end) and Mark was very easy going about it. We finally set a date and went from there. Our inspection was out of town which Mark was also very gracious enough to do. Once the inspection began, he was very thorough and pointed out everything that caught his trained eye. Me being in the home renovation field, can spot a lot of things but Mark was a great asset to point out those major and minor things I couldn’t even see. Home inspections are a wonderful thing to have done. For his affordable fee, you might catch something that could cost you thousands in the long run. We also had the thermal imaging done as an added cost. In our case, we were looking at a 100 year old cabin and thought that the insulation was going to be old wood chips that would have settled. With the thermal imaging, not only did we see that the insulation was at least upgraded to batts, we could see some colder spots that may need attention. Great tool!!!
