“I only have a couple of beefs with this place. The exam and x-rays are not covered. I don't have to pay for this with other dentists. Also, I have to pay a little extra out of pocket because the fees are a bit higher than what's covered. However... I trust them to do the work that's needed. No unnecessary work done here. You pay a little more out of pocket, but it's worth it for honour and integrity. Too many dentists are unethical. Shine Dental seems to be on the up and up. Costs more but it's worth it.”

“Seeing the bad review above me, other questions arise. I went out of my way to write a good review for him because it's such a sin someone would give this place a one star. This dentist is amazing and not money hungry. You go in have a great conversation and you feel welcomed. Yes he may be older but that hasn't affected the quality of work I've received over the years. He is willing to help someone fix your teeth and I have had horrible teeth. He has done a fantastic job helping me. Very smart and open minded. I have never walked out with bleeding gums nor have known anyone who has. Next time before writing a bad review make sure your kids are not the bad ones. It's the only way I can see them having a problem. My family members with disabilities have nothing but a great experience. Trying to make people not go to a place because of whatever the reason is wrong. Love the places you go and make sure you give a decent review! PS LET ME TAKE MY X-RAYS HOME! My case was little bit different, I had braces for over 5 years which I saw Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Carter at first, After they retired I saw Dr. ward which continued my treatment and maintained constant communication between my periodontist for dental implants and dentist for regular check ups. Every time I need to see them urgently and get a new pair of retainers of get my retainers adjusted they will see me as soon as they can.”
