We love love love Mika and Terra Therapies....After working hard making cider all day or harvesting apples to make cider going to see Mika for reflexology is one the ways we keep ourselves cared for. Always leave feeling refreshed and able to take on another day.
I absolutely love going to Mika for Gua Sha facial. She teaches me something about the process every time and is open to all questions. Her reflexology background is amazing. Due to going to her, I have learned about my TMJ (tense jaw and neck). If I wouldn't have started going, I definitely would be still struggling. Welcoming atmosphere and relaxation at its best!
Mika is a gift. She gently and gracefully heals and supports you while simultaneously guiding you to understand the importance of taking care of yourself.
