The meat is outstanding you should try BJs Beef Sausage he makes fresh every Tuesday i have tried preparing them in varied ways and they are SOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!! The staff are always smiling and ready to help you out with your groceries prices are very good and to support locally is the best!!!!

I am a huge fan of the pizza. Was in Manitou and I had to bring it home supper for the family. Luckily it was payday Friday!!! Like back in the day when my wife and I treated ourselves. Thanks again!
Sam's Food is an excellent small town grocery store. Their prices are reasonable, the selection is big and their BBQ ribs, Pizza and Chicken are awesome. They are also one of the few grocery stores that constantly stocks my flavour of Powerade (Strawberry Lemonade). I really appreciate that.
We recently had some meat processed there and made into a couple types of sausage and it is the most moist flavorful tasting sausage weve ever had
