Dr. Nicoll provided excellent care! He takes the time to understand and explain eye health , doesn’t talk over you, eager to share knowledge with patients, not in a rush to shove you out the door, very friendly and approachable. If you are needing eye care, this is a stop you won’t regret!

It was my first time at Clarity Vision and I was amazed with the competent service I received. The diagnosis of my exam was explained through graphs and visuals, as well as, a comprehensive explanation of what was being viewed. I require a progressive lens and this was thoroughly explained. The doctor also went over future eye care that I can be aware of. He gave me a thorough description of the various glasses available when I told him I was needing a new pair because mine were broken. If he hadn't, I would have felt lost on where to begin looking. When talking about the various types of lenses to order the assistance at the front counter was very thorough. In total, I left feeling like I had been well taken care of.

This was the first time I had went to Clarity Vision. What a great experience. Their friendly staff made everything comfortable. They explain everything they are doing and are so helpful when picking out frames! I definitely would recommend Clarity Vision!
