Quaint local grocery store for most needs. Run by good people and staffed with them too. Often find unique snacks and they have good hot food as well.

We ordered some food today! The fries and popcorn chicken were wonderful, would reccomended! The customer service was great as well!

Love this store. Little pricey for people on a budget but other then that this is one of my favorite stores in Portage. The people that work there are friendly, very upbeat, always wanting to help and they are always happy to see you come in. Ice cream is the best I've tasted in my 35 years. I tell everyone that has not tried it to go just once and believe me you will be going again. Make sure you try the Mike's special or the vanilla ice cream in a bowl with Oreo toppings my favorite. As for the food they cook I have not tried but I will be very soon and I'm sure its just as good. They have mama noodles that my hole family loves and they are hard to find. I usually buy them by the box, I'm happy they can do that for me as they sell one bag at a time not by the box.
