Awesome and very informative and patient and kind young man. For someone like myself who is not very savvy with technology, he explained everything very carefully and I actually understood everything he said. Thank you Joshua for your fantastic service. After 7 years of using the same phone, it was on the fritz and time for a new one. I was planning on ordering one online, but hadn't got around to it yet. A couple weeks ago, it just stopped working. Being a business owner, I needed a new phone immediately. I went to Roger's in Portage and had an awesome experience! Jesse was extremely helpful! I told him what I was looking for and he offered great suggestions and advice! He was easy going and had a fun and friendly personality, which made things even more pleasant!
