Their team installed a ductless heat pump system at our cottage in May 2022. The crew sent out was very professional and friendly. They were more than happy to address any questions about the installation and operation of the system. The installation was fast and was not disruptive at all. They even finished it a couple hours ahead of expectations!

After install I have been in contact with the company via text messages several times to ask questions on the operations and they were very responsive. It took a few days to figure out how to convert to the system to display celsius, but Ryan kept in touch while waiting for the manufacturer to get us the new instructions. The system has been working great since install and we can't wait to really put it to the test in the July and August summer temperatures.

Guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. They did an amazing job on my AC unit. Answered all my concerns and questions. After sales support have been very good as well with fast reply. Most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves once the job is done!!! Highly recommend!!
