(September 14, 2020, 3:41 pm)Rented Chalet 5 for a week this August, our second time here. The cabin was well kept up and had lots to do. Unfortunately on day 5, the hot tub stopped working. Dan had provided us reboot instructions in our confirmation email, and we tried the procedure several times with no success. Dan was unable to send someone out to fix the hot tub as it was the weekend, but very generously provided us a discount on our stay. Would rent again knowing that Dan is willing to do whatever it takes to make the stay more comfortable.
